Terms of use
These terms describe the current X Aligne beta. The service owner should add its legal entity, jurisdiction, support contact, refund policy, and counsel-approved language before accepting paying customers.
Using the service
You may use X Aligne to research, draft, schedule, publish, and evaluate your own content and workflows. You are responsible for your account, connected services, credentials, collaborators, content, and compliance with applicable laws and provider rules.
Acceptable use
- Do not use X Aligne for spam, harassment, impersonation, deceptive engagement, unlawful surveillance, or intellectual-property infringement.
- Do not bypass rate limits, access another user’s data, probe credentials, or disrupt the service.
- Keep final control of publishing and review AI-assisted output before use.
- Use X APIs and data only as permitted by X’s developer terms and policies.
Subscriptions
Paid plans, billing intervals, included limits, and prices are shown before checkout. Dodo Payments processes checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the interval selected until cancelled through the available billing controls. Final taxes, refund rules, trial terms, and cancellation timing must be disclosed by the service owner before live billing is enabled.
Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant X Aligne the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, schedule, and publish that content at your direction. AI and inspiration tools are intended to develop original work, not copy another person’s posts or identity.
Third-party services
X, Supabase, Vercel, model providers, Dodo Payments, Chrome, and other connected services are independent providers with their own terms, availability, and limits. X Aligne cannot guarantee their continued operation or approval.
Availability and warranties
The beta is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service, audience growth, revenue, or specific results. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
Changes and termination
Features and these terms may change as the product develops. Material changes should be announced through the service. Access may be suspended for security, non-payment, abuse, or legal reasons. Users must have a practical way to cancel and request export or deletion before commercial launch.
